Our Carriage Traders retail location has closed, and our sales operation has moved to Romeo Auto Outlet on Quaker Road in Queensbury. This move allows us to offer our customers a more convenient location, an updated facility and nearly double the used-vehicle inventory—all while continuing the local, family-focused service our customers have trusted for decades.
Why did Carriage Traders close its retail location?
We made the decision to combine the Carriage Traders sales operation with Romeo Auto Outlet so we can serve our customers more efficiently from one convenient location.
By bringing both dealerships together, customers can now browse a much larger selection of used cars, trucks and SUVs without having to visit multiple locations.
Is Carriage Traders completely closed?
No. Although the Carriage Traders retail sales location has closed, the Carriage Traders Auto Repair Center remains open and available for business.
Our experienced service team is still here to assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repairs. We sincerely appreciate the loyalty our service customers have shown us over the years and look forward to continuing to care for their vehicles.

Lenny Romeo founded Carriage Traders with a commitment to hard work, customer service and lasting relationships. While Lenny is still involved and actively working, today, his children continue that tradition and help lead the Romeo Auto Group into its next chapter.
Mike Romeo oversees the Romeo Auto Group’s North Country stores and has deep roots in the Glens Falls community. Mike and his family live locally, and his twin boys and younger son attend schools in the Glens Falls school district. This is not simply a place where the Romeo family does business—it is their home.
